A Weekend of Showers

Marina had a shower at Monahans on Saturday, and the food was a wonderful brunch!

Marina also had a shower in Midland, and eventually Bobby and Robert had to quit their football watching, and come help load. Here we are in living color.

Little grandson doesn't stand a chance. He is a Red Raider even before he is born!

MORE FOOD! No time to be on Weight Watchers here with sandwiches, and sherbet punch. This is Marina's mom, Kathy, and her grandmother, Ruth. Brenda from Jayton is in the background.
Marina loves lime green and aqua, so the hostess obliged with a diaper cake in all the right colors. The gifts were wrapped so beautifully, and here we have a Raider onesie, shoes, and a little tiny toboggan cap in black with the red double T on all three pieces.

We have completed our first six weeks of school, and I am nearly all graded, and ready to post. I called the tech support for the new router, and actually got a person to talk to. He was wonderful, walked me through all the steps, and now I can upload pictures and not go off line. I hope to get some rest so I am not so cranky, and exasperated with every little quirk that goes haywire. The dresser is coming along very slowly, and the next drawer is my least favorite, but I have to get it done.

  1. Guns up, Baby Stanaland!
Wish we'd been able to just fly to TX and shower the new parents....and not just because the food looks fabulous, either.
I'm so glad you took photos and put them up for the Montana family. And I can't wait to meet that baby! Keep us posted.
